Credit or debit card: is only available for invoices under 500 euros
You can choose to pay for your purchases using either credit or debit cards, with no additional charges incurred. For debit card transactions, you will receive immediate payment confirmation upon successful purchase completion. For enhanced security, credit card payments leverage the industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This robust encryption protects your sensitive financial information during transmission, preventing fraudulent interception. To prioritize the utmost security, your card details are not stored on our server. Therefore, you will be prompted to re-enter this information for subsequent purchases.
PayPal
PayPal offers a secure and convenient payment solution that prioritizes user safety and simplifies online transactions. There's no need to repeatedly or to share your card information, and forgotten login credentials can be recovered using secret questions.

Return and Refund Policy
Rights & Withdrawal Periods
In accordance with the provisions of article L121-16-1 of the French Consumer Code extends the rules applicable to relations between consumers and professionals to contracts concluded off-premises between two professionals, provided that the subject matter of these contracts does not fall within the scope of the main business activity of the professional solicited and that the number of employees employed by the latter is five or fewer.
The right of withdrawal between professionals is applicable only when the following three conditions are met:
The contract must be concluded off-premises;
The subject matter of the contract must not fall within the scope of the main business activity of the company;
The company must have five or fewer employees.
We have a 14 (fourteen) day return policy, meaning you have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to request a return of all or certain products.
To be eligible for a return: products must be: in the same condition you received them. This includes being new, unopened, and in original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. We reserve the right to verify this upon return. Additionally, you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed.
Without these conditions cumulatively met, the products will not be accepted for a refund or return.
To initiate a return, please send us an email to contact@aesthyskin.com . We'll process the request as soon as we receive it. Once you receive our confirmation email, you can return your eligible products at your own expense in their original packaging to our warehouse.
We will notify you following receipt and inspection of the returned products, if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will then process a full refund for the value of said products. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
